SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 12–20 business days
  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) delivery may take 3–4 weeks
  • Maximum delivery time: 50 days

We ship from the United States and China. All shipments are insured and include a tracking number.

Shipping Costs Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. Any re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • If a delivery attempt is made and the package is not collected within 5 days, it will be returned to our warehouse with no refund issued.

Customs & Duties Yaz Store is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. The buyer is solely responsible for any customs charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Yaz.store.eco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
