REFUND POLICY
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
How to Request a Return Contact us at Yaz.store.eco@gmail.com with the following:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo or video of the damaged/defective item
Refund Processing Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements If your item arrives damaged or stops working upon first use, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations & Modifications Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Email us at Yaz.store.eco@gmail.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items purchased through third-party retailers
Yaz Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
